Women To Watch In Business – Fiena London
8 MINUTES READ

We’re all about championing women in business here at FIENA, so it seemed appropriate to partner up with FUTR, the business pioneers at the forefront of tech, retail and commerce, ahead of FUTR Europe July 1st.

Taking place on 1st July, the annual summit brings over 100 inspiring, cross-industry speakers together, allowing goers to meet and learn from the experts in the field. Expect names from companies such as LVMH, The Body Shop, Amazon, Stussy, Coca Cola, Made.com, Nestle and more.

The Managing Director of FUTR Group, Shane White has shared his thoughts about the upcoming event with us, "I am very excited for the return of FUTR Europe in person after the past couple of difficult years. We're fitting a 3 track event into one day so it's action packed with retail, marketing and commerce insights. We will be diving deep to understand who the modern customer is and making sure continual reinvention is top of mind for all businesses. To top it all off, we're closing the event with a party hosted by Glitterbox & Defected House DJ, Katie Goodman. We're very excited to welcome the FIENA community and to have Jae Ruax involved with the agenda."

Ahead of the summit, we wanted to highlight five of the female speakers, from the CEO of Jigsaw to LVMH's Global Chief Data Officer.

Beth Butterwick CEO, Jigsaw

With over 25 years experience in the retail industry, Beth Butterwick joined Jigsaw in April 2021, and hasn’t looked back since. An experienced CEO, she’s worked with titles such as Karen Millen and Bonmarche, helping to grow their brands and has driven to keep them relevant in the growing market. She has a huge skill set, ranging from customer trend analysis and insight to brand DNA and marketing strategies, and in 2017 was awarded for her huge impact on the retail industry with an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Huddersfield.

Anca Marola Global Chief Data Officer, LVMH

Having worked at LVMH for over eight years in various analytic and data roles, Anca Marola has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the luxury goods field, as well as in data analysis. More recently her work has seen her stem into the world of artificial intelligence, using it to really drive the luxury group to the next digital level.

Yasmin O’Neal Brand Director, P&G

From working in sales to marketing, Yasmin O’Neal’s skillset is varied and wide fitting. She’s currently the Brand Director at Procter & Gamble, where she has worked her way up through the ranks, beginning in sales before transitioning into marketing. Forward thinking and a natural leader, she’s driven campaigns from the ground up, from spearheading Aussie’s #GreatHairThough campaign, to working with influencer Baddie Winkle to launch the brand’s Blonde Hydration range. We can’t wait to see what’s next.

Robyn Blake Head of Digital Marketing, Victoria Beckham

If you need help with marketing, Robyn Blake is the lady for the task. She has a wealth of experience across the fashion, retail and digital sector, and has worked with the likes of Selfridges, Vivienne Westwood, Marks and Spencer, and Victoria Beckham, where she is now the Head of Digital Marketing. With over ten years experience in the sector, no task is too big and she takes every challenge in her stride, creating campaigns with lasting effect.

Joss Patterson EU Marketing Lead - Prime Video, Amazon

Boasting a diverse range of skills and marketing roles, Joss Patterson is currently the EU Marketing Lead at Amazon Prime Video, helping to lead and grow the success of the brand across multiple platforms and campaigns. In her spare time, Joss is a board trustee with a specialism in marketing for two charities, Relate and Home-Start.
