This January we’ve partnered with ARTAH, the nutritional experts, to deliver a health and wellness workshop at one of London’s favourite member’s clubs, Mortimer House.
Last year we announced our partnership with Mortimer House, London’s game-changing member’s club in the heart of Fitzrovia. Their decadent Art Deco interiors teamed with their “Work well, live well, be well” tagline had us hooked. Offering their members a hosting of self-development and wellness events, we believed it was a perfect space for our FIENA’s to connect, work and play. As well as hosting a series of our own events at this inner-city sanctuary, our partnership offers FIENA’s special discounts and access to some of their exclusive private members' events.
As part of January’s glow-up, we teamed up with Mortimer House to launch our debut wellness event of ‘23, with very special guests, ARTAH. ARTAH is a game-changing wellness brand founded by Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath, Rhian Stephenson.
Launching in 2020, ARTAH has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Good Housekeeping, Women’s Health and Forbes, and with good reason. Their revolutionary approach to women’s health sets them aside from other wellness brands, attuning women to emphasise on their inner vitality, as well as their physical health, so women can learn to be the luminous vessels of inner and outer radiance that they are.

As part of our health and reset Sunday with Rhian, she’ll be delivering an exclusive workshop on women’s health through targeted supplements, intuitive eating, and nutritional programmes. Our FIENA’s will also get the chance to purchase ARTAH products with special discounts. And of course, no Sunday reset would be complete without a restorative yoga session to breathe into those muscles, and a relaxing meditation to reset for the week ahead.
